We are staying where we always stay when we come to the Twin Cities. It is easier to find our way around when we have the same place from which to start. Still, things change, places change, as they always do. The roads have gotten more complex. Now this is my son*s hometown, at least for now. Now my sister lives in New Mexico. My brother is the only one who has stayed in place, and even his life has changed. The understanding of being in the same place, staying where we always stay... well, its allure has changed. We have changed. This is a good location. Still... there is appeal to everywhere we have been, everywhere we find ourselves.
Consider this:
Where are you now? Is it your ideal location? No matter what the realtor says... are you in your place? We will not be finally home until we are with God, fully. What part of where you find yourself now... has glimmer, echoes, of that ideal location? What feels like home?
